The New Noma

Noma, widely regarded as the best restaurant in the world, shut down a few years ago to rethink everything. A fellow producer and I got access to the restaurant in the frantic final days before it reopened. In under a week, we filmed, edited, colored and published a video going behind-the-scenes of the reopening. The video received over 2.5 million views across YouTube, Facebook and other platforms and saw more than half of all viewers watching the entire piece, a very high rate for social video.
